Government College for Women, Ateli was established in Aug, 2015 so as to provide qualitative higher education to girls of the surrounding rural area. It is strategically located near the old bus stand of Ateli Mandi. This College offers undergraduate courses in Arts, Commerce and Science.
The new building has a spacious library with air conditioned reading room, air-conditioned multipurpose conference hall, indoor sports facilities, playground, classrooms, smart classrooms, language lab, computer lab and laboratories.
For holistic development, the college provides ample opportunities to the students to participate in various activities organized by NSS, cultural committees, legal cell, placement cell and red ribbon club.
